      Did not think it would ever button over my Beretta APX A1 Compact 9mm, it was at least 3/8" from even touching. I purchased a jar of Bickmore Bick LP leather balm and tried some on this 16LE holster to see if it'd help loosen/stretch the leather thumb strap enough to allow it to button when breaking in (the normal plastic bag wouldn't do). After working with it for 2 days, I can now button it, although not as easily as I'd like it to. I'm hoping with time and usage it'll get easier to snap with one hand like when using my Beretta PX4 Storm leather holster. Your 16LE fits well when wearing my 1.5" belt, so I believe it'll do just fine for my everyday carry. Thank you for a good product.

      Upon receipt of my leather OWB sub-compact 9mm holster, I put my SA XD in it; put leather lotion on it and left it for a few days. It fits like a glove! It also stays snug against my side when looped on my belt. Highly recommend!
